How to draft a survey distribution

When you create a draft, or want to schedule a distribution, you must click on "new distribution" under "surveys" as a leader.

Once you have:

1. Given the distribution a name
2. Chosen a survey
3. Clicked "create"

the survey is automatically saved under "draft & planned" and you can close it and continue with it later.
