How to change the end date for the survey

If a distribution is no longer available to an employee, it is because the end date has expired.

  1. Go to "Leader's Insight".
  2. Click "Reports & Distributions".
  3. Find the survey and click "Edit"
    1. If the end date has passed, the survey will be under "completed"
    2. If the survey is still open but you want to extend it, it will be under "active".
     4.   Click "Reactivate distribution" at the bottom of the page.

      5.    Select a new end date and click "reactivate"

 

      6.    If the survey was completed, it will move to "ongoing" in the overview.
