If you have mistakenly sent a survey to the wrong recipient or if an employee has provided incorrect answers, here's what you can do. 

You can reset a recipient's answer and delete a recipient from a deployment/survey.

You have mistakenly sent a survey to the wrong recipient

  1. Go to "surveys"
  2. Click "edit"
  3. Find the employee in the list and click "delete". This will delete the recipient and its answer from the deployment.

An employee has provided incorrect answers

  1. Go to "surveys"
  2. Click "edit"
  3. Find the employee in the list and click "reset". This will reset the recipients answer in the survey, and the recipient can fill out the survey once more.
