To register and edit activities in the action plan, go to "my action plan" in the menu.
New activity
- Click the button "create activity"
Here you can
- Name the objective/task
- Select activity type
- Objective/task, KPI, personal development or skill development
- Select category
- These are defined by the administrator in your company
- Give a description
- Set a start and end date - how long should the activity last?
- Set a reminder (days) – how often do you wish to receive a reminder for the given task? If you set the reminder for 7 days you will get a reminder every 7th day.
- Remember to save/ add
Tip: We suggest that employees take the initiative to record their activities in the action plan. By doing so, you can take ownership of your tasks and have better control over them.
Report progress
- Click on an activity and a window will appear. Here you can edit the activity.
- Scroll down to "completion percentage (%)"
- Adjust the bar according to your progress
- "Will you finish within due date?" Yes, maybe or no.
- You can also comment on your progress at the bottom of the window
Your leader will be able to view your activity, track your progress, assess whether you are meeting deadlines, and read any comments you add. Additionally, they can offer feedback on your activity to help you improve.
Remember:
- You are responsible for reporting progress on your objectives/tasks.
- Only your leader can mark the status of the objective/task as "closed."
- If a category is missing, reach out to the administrator in your company for assistance.
