My competence

You can register skills within categories your organization has set. These are important and relevant areas for your organization to have competence within.

To register your competence in Motivati, you need to have competency categories set up by the administrator within your organization. These categories, listed on the left side, represent important areas for your company and outline the skills needed. Simply select a category and add your skills under it to track your competencies effectively.

This involves assessing your current skills and identifying the essential competencies required for your role. It's crucial to determine if you possess the necessary skills to meet job demands, pinpoint areas that may need improvement, and recognize the skills the organization will require in the future.
