  • Only personal data that is relevant for the development of employees is recorded.
  • The customer's data is deleted within 2 months after termination of the agreement
  • The customer can delete employees and all associated history themselves.
  • Module-based – surveys – Action plan – Competence. The customer can choose not to have access to modules.

Procedures for deleting data

Personal data must be deleted when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected for. The administrator (customer) is responsible for the routines for deleting data.

  • Employees who leave the company - all history is deleted when an employee is deleted
  • History that is no longer relevant, for example older surveys/results.

Data stored in the system is linked to development, and follows the employee. If new access is given to departments/employees, the history will be visible to the person with access, unless it has been deleted beforehand.

In addition to this, privacy information is regulated in the data processor agreement between the data processor and the data controller.
