What is competence categories?

Before beginning with competence mapping and development, it is essential to establish a foundation for competence areas. We suggest incorporating the critical competencies specific to your business, so that both managers and employees can prioritize and enhance the skills necessary for success.

To add competence, first add a category, and then a skill/competence that belong to that category:
  1. Click add new category in the middle / right corner
  2. Click on the category you want to add competence to, and click "add new subject" at the bottom right.

You can delete and edit the competence before it is assigned to an employee. If the competence has been assigned to an employee, the competence cannot be deleted.
