Above the Motivation analysis there is a "Motivation indicator"

The Motivation indicator is an average of perceived level (the bottom line). It indicates how satisfied the employee is with their work situation.

The indicator is useful for prioritizing follow-ups, as employees with a low indicator should be given priority attention.
