If a survey has been distributed the leader will receive an email with a list over who has answered the survey in the last 24 hours:

The employee will receive a mail if there has been one or more changes in the system the last 24 hours:
- A reminder to remember to report progress in the action plan
- A reminder that you have activities in the action plan which have reached due date
- Your leader has added activities in your action plan
- Your leader has added competence
- Your leader shared a new note
