If you have mistakenly sent a survey to the wrong recipient or if an employee has provided incorrect answers, here's what you can do.
You can reset a recipient's answer and delete a recipient from a deployment/survey.
You have mistakenly sent a survey to the wrong recipient
- Go to "surveys"
- Click "edit" below "actions", scroll down and click "..." below "actions"
- Find the employee in the list and click "delete". This will delete the recipient and its answer from the deployment.
An employee has provided incorrect answers
- Go to "surveys"
- Click "edit" below "actions", scroll down and click "..." below "actions"
- Find the employee in the list and click "reset". This will reset the recipients answer in the survey, and the recipient can fill out the survey once more.
