How can I search for competence?

When searching for competencies, you have the option to explore different departments within the organization or search across the entire company. By utilizing filters such as category, skills, and experience type (education, courses, etc.), you can identify employees who possess the specific skills you are seeking.

To search within the entire organization, click on subdivisions. By selecting the company name (e.g., "Drømmeprodusenten AS"), you will gain an overview of all departments. To focus your search on a particular department, simply click on the desired department. If you also click on subdivisions, your search will encompass all departments that fall under the selected department.
