How can I search for competence?

In search for competence, you can search in different departments or the entire organization.

Search for Competence 

  • When searching for competencies, you have the option to explore different departments within the organization or search across the entire company. By utilizing filters such as category, skills, and experience type (education, courses, etc.), you can identify employees who possess the specific skills you are seeking.

  • To search within the entire organization, click on subdivisions. By selecting the company name (e.g., "Drømmeprodusenten AS"), you will gain an overview of all departments. To focus your search on a particular department, simply click on the desired department. If you also click on subdivisions, your search will encompass all departments that fall under the selected department.

Select the specific competency you are looking for, and the system will display a list of employees who possess that skill.

Clicking on the employee's profile will provide you with a comprehensive overview of their competencies, akin to a CV but tailored specifically to the position at hand..

You can also search for competence in "GAP analysis" and "status".

 

Remember! The company's administrator must have entered in the competence (category +  skill) that the manager can choose from.
