What is a GAP-analysis for competence?

The analysis shows gaps between the various areas of competence at both organizational, departmental and individual level.

GAP-analysis competence

The GAP analysis offers a detailed overview of the company's existing skills and identifies areas where the company seeks to enhance its competence. If there are critical gaps in expertise, efforts can be made to close these gaps by implementing targeted measures and development initiatives.

 

 
To view the entire organization, click on subdivisions. To focus on one department, select the organization name (e.g. Drømmeprodusenten) and choose the specific department you wish to explore. By selecting subdivisions, you will see not only the chosen department but also its sub-departments.

GAP-analysis for individual competence

To access an individual's competence GAP analysis, ensure that subdivisions are not selected. Choose the department to which the individual belongs and then select the relevant category.
