Gain a Comprehensive Overview of Your Organization’s Competencies
Where are we excelling, and where do we need to grow? With Motivati, you get a complete overview of your employees’ competencies, along with multiple analysis options.
1. Filter Competencies by Department or Across the Entire Organization
- Category
- Field of expertise (specific competency)
- Departments
- Check "Include sub-departments" if you want to view all departments together. If left unchecked, only the selected top-level department will be displayed.
- Type of competence (education, courses, experience, etc.)
Hold down CTRL (PC) or CMD (Mac) to select multiple elements.
2. Competency Table
The right-hand field will display an overview of employees with the selected competencies.
- If no employees match your search criteria, the field will remain empty.
3. GAP Analysis
This feature highlights the gap between the current competency levels and the desired levels at both the department and organizational level. It provides a clear picture of the company’s existing competencies and areas where further development is needed.
- If there is a gap in critical competency areas, you can start working on bridging it by implementing targeted initiatives.
💡 Tip: Keep it simple. Start with small steps and activities—more opportunities will emerge over time.
Important! Before you can use this feature, the organization's administrator must predefine competencies (category + expertise areas) for managers to select from.
