How to get an overview of competence in the entire organization

The Status feature provides a comprehensive summary of each employee's competency levels, allowing for strategic action planning by identifying those who require specific skills to meet the company's needs.

  • To organize the information, simply click on the top row of the column you wish to sort, such as "name" or "category".
  • The GAP analysis helps identify critical areas, while the Status feature highlights individuals who may require additional skills in a particular competency.
  • Suggestions for improvement include sharing experiences, coaching, job rotations, taking specific courses at an educational institution, or even utilizing professional literature and online resources. Start with straightforward actions and gradually explore more opportunities as you progress.

Tip! Do not make it too complicated. Start with simple measures and activities, and you will see more opportunities over time.

 

Remember! The company's administrator must have entered in the competence (category + skills) that the manager can choose from. Read more.
