[Oversikt kompetanse](https://hjelp.motivati.no/no-no/leders-innsikt?hsLang=no-no#oversikt-kompetanse) # Hvordan få oversikt over all kompetanse i hele virksomheten ## Gå til 'leders innsikt' og velg 'kompetanse oversikt' Skaff deg en full oversikt over hvilken kompetanse virksomheten din innehar. Hvor er vi gode, og hvor trenger vi å utvikle oss? I Motivati får du en oversikt over alle de ansattes kompetanse i avdelingen(e) du er leder for med tilhørende underavdelinger. #### 1. Filtrer kompetanse i ulike avdelinger eller hele organisasjonen: - Kategori - Hold nede CTLR (for PC) eller CMD (for Mac) for å velge flere elementer/kategorier. - Fag (den spesifikke kompetansen) - Avdelinger - Hak av '**inkluder underavdelinger**' om du ønsker å se alle avdelinger samlet. Tabell Oversikten over ansatte som innehar kompetansen, ser du i feltet i høyre. GAP-analyse Viser gapet mellom dagens nivå og ønsket nivå for de ulike kompetanseområdene på avdelings- og organisasjonsnivå. Dette gir et oversiktlig bilde av bedriftens nåværende kompetanse og hvilken kompetanse bedriften ønsker mer av. Begynn med enkle tiltak og aktiviteter, så vil man se flere muligheter etter hvert.   **Husk!** Virksomhetens administrator må på forhånd ha lagt inn kompetanse (kategori + fag) som leder kan velge mellom.
