Who has responded to the survey?

You have access to an overview of who has responded to the survey as a leader.

Viewing Responses

Once a survey has been sent out, you can check at any time who has responded.

  1. Go to "Leader's Insight".
  2. Click "Distributions & Reports".
  3. Go to "active" or "completed"
  4. Click "Edit" on the relevant survey.

Here, you will find:

  • Survey details
  • Options to change the end date and reactivate a completed survey
  • An overview of which employees received the survey and who has responded
    • You can filter responses by clicking "answered".

Are the respondents anonymous? Then you will not be able to see when they responded to the survey or received the last reminder to keep their anonymity intact.

Send a reminder to those who haven’t responded by clicking "Send Reminder".
