How to use notes

Notes will make it easier to follow up the employee throughout the year.

When using Motivati, leaders can write notes that employees can read. If you need to log a conversation, you can find it under "my employees" in the menu. 

1. Go to "my employees" and select the employee

2. Go to the "notes" tab and click "new note"

 

Description of the note

1. Title: Name the note. 

2. Linked survey: If you have had a conversation based on a survey, you can choose which survey this was from the list

3. Conversation held: If you have had a conversation, you can set the date for when it occurred.

Note! If you have linked the note to a development conversation/appraisal interview survey containing the Motivation Analysis, you have to set a date for when the conversation was held to be able to see the statistics in the leader's dashboard. 

4. Notes: Write a summery of what was discussed.

5. Hidden note: You can hide the note from the employee by ticking off the box.

6. Attachments: Attach relevant files.

  • Click on the note you want to see
  • Here you can also delete, write a comment, check off to hide the note (in case you want a draft), set the date and add attachments

Remember, each note is linked to the individual employee, so any new manager will have access to the employee's entire history.
