The dashboard is meant to give you an overview and statistics over your departments and subdepartments.
It shows your departments and subdepartments':
- Aggregated motivation analysis
- Number of received, answered and completed development conversations
- Ongoing activites in the action plan and type of activities
Can I change the view to another distribution?
- Click on the drop-down menu below the headline "status personal development conversation"
- Choose a development conversation survey
Whos result is the motivation analysis?
The analysis in the dashboard shows the aggregated result for the departments, including subdepartments, you are a leader of.
- How can I get an overview of who has answered the survey?
- How can I see the result of one department?
- How can I interpret the motivation analysis?
Why will not the motivation analysis show?
The motivation analysis on the dashboard displays aggregated results for departments and subdepartments. It will not display results when there are 3 or fewer answers to maintain confidentiality and prevent leaders from accessing information in departments they do not directly oversee. Individual answers for employees under your supervision can still be viewed under "My employees".
What is "completion rate"?
It displays the quantity of received and responded surveys, along with the number of completed conversations. As a leader overseeing multiple departments, you can view the breakdown of answered surveys and completed conversations per department in the graphs below..
Why can I not see the number of completed conversations?
Solution 1: The date for when the conversations was held/completed has not been registered in the note
Solution 2: If you have chosen an older distribution then there are not any notes attached to the answers. This can be manually registered:
- How to register a personal development conversation as completed?
Ongoing and type of activities
It displays the quantity of ongoing activities in your department and subdepartment's action plans, as well as the breakdown of the types of activities being pursued.
