What is the latest news in the system?

1. New Menu! You no longer need to select a role as an employee, leader, or administrator to see the correct menu. ❗️
All menu items are moved to the left menu:
- The employee area can be found under ‘my page’
- The leader area can be found under ‘leader's insights’
- The administrator area can be found under ‘administrator’
2. New names in leader's menu (now ‘my employees’)🤓
- ‘Overview’ is now called ‘dashboard’
- 'Surveys’ is now called ‘reports and deployments’
3. From hidden notes to drafts 📝
- Formerly hidden notes are now saved as draft notes.
- When a note is in draft form, employees cannot view it.
- You have the ability to convert a published note into a draft
- All draft notes are automatically saved.

4. Deployments have received text editing - add links with a right-click! ✏️
You can now edit text with bold, italic, hyperlinks, and much more. We recommend linking to https://hjelp.motivati.no/en/information-about-preparation in deployments of the development conversation survey.
5. See recent updates from your employees 🔔
Navigate to the 'my employees' section to view the most recent three updates made by the employee in the overview. For a comprehensive overview, simply click on the bell🔔 next to your name while in the 'my employees' area.
