Access and roles in Motivati

In Motivati you have three roles: employe, leader and administrator

Role

Your assigned roles in Motivati can be found in the top right corner of the platform.

Employee: Everyone is registered as an "employee" in Motivati. Here you will find your personal results, notes, activities, goals and competence.

Leader: If you have been assigned the role "leader", you can distribute surveys, view reports and access information about your employees (individual results, notes, activities, goals and competence).

Administrator: If you have been assigned the role "administrator", you are responsible for the organizational structure and assigning leader roles, creating/editing surveys and create categories for competence and activities.*

*You can be an administrator without leader rights.

The distribution of roles controls access and insight

Motivati is a tool that prioritizes access control, ensuring that only the immediate leader can view individual information. Leaders at higher levels can only see summarized data. As an administrator, you have the authority to grant access, allowing you to select which employees can take on leadership roles in different departments.

When assigning an employee a leader role, you determine which department they will manage. This enables the employee to access information on all team members within that department.

Can the administrator see individual information?

The administrator does not have the ability to view individual information. Only when someone is assigned a leader role within a specific department can they access individual information. It is the responsibility of the administrator to manage access and assign leader roles.
