Has the employee not responded yet? Or did you send to the wrong email address?
You can send a reminder to the recipients if they have not responded yet.
- Start by logging in as a leader in Motivati, and click on the "surveys" menu.
- Find the survey you want to send a reminder for
- Click "edit" in the table
Note: To send a reminder, the survey must be active. If the survey has already been marked as "completed," you will need to adjust the end date to a future date. Simply click on the "edit" button for the respective survey (where you can also modify the end date).
Send a reminder to everyone who has not responded yet:
- Click "send reminder":
- Click OK
Change a recipient's e-mail address:
- Find the employee in the list of recipients and click on the employee.
- Make changes to the e-mail and press send.
Note: If the employee has a new or wrong e-mail address, you also have to change it in the employee's personal data. Read how to here: How to change personal data

If you wish to edit the text in the e-mail before you send a reminder or change an e-mail adress, you can do so by editing the text in the "e-mail to recipient"-box and "e-mail reminder"-box.
